Fuelstar has application in all industrial engines ranging from 100 kW to 15 mW
The Fuelstar provides a more complete fuel burn. This results in
- reduced fuel consumption and/or increased power output (normally 12 to 15% in high speed diesels; 8 to 10% in medium and low speed)
- reduced emissions; smoke, particulates, nitrogen oxides, 'greenhouse gases'
- cleaner engine oil, thus improved lubrication, cleaner internal engine operating surfaces
The Fuelstar product is designed to prevent gelling of diesel fuel in cold conditions and prevents diesel bacteria prevalent in tropical and sub-tropical areas.
Fuelstar has particular application with biodiesel. This fuel type is susceptible to crystallization and degradation resulting in the blocking of injectors and filters. Fuelstar disrupts the crystallization processes thus preventing this occurrence.
Llife of product: 25,000 engine hours.
