The Fuelstar product has no peer when it comes to enabling older engines designed for leaded petrol to operate on unleaded petrol. The product will enable such engines to operate without loss of performance, without pinking and detonation and without fear of valve seat recession (VSR).

Unlike most other forms of engine damage, valve seat recession does not happen instantly. Rather, it manifests itself over a period of time which becomes evident from the need to continually open the valve tappet clearances which gradually close with the advent of creeping VSR.

There have been hundreds of reports of instances where the need to open the valve clearances has ceased upon the installation of Fuelstar. There are liquid additives which are equally as effective in preventing VSR but they seem to carry adverse consequences such as causing the sticking of valve stems and increased pinking and detonation, not to mention the exhorbitant cost and their toxicity....plus one needs to remember to put them in the tank. And put in too much and the consequences can be disastrous.

Fuelstar is renowned for its ability to overcome the fouling of spark plugs.

The Fuelstar canister is easy to fit and will usually outlive the engine.

Different sizes of canisters are available for different sizes of engine.
